Remember how I said we had a bit of hope in Zero’s theme last week? 0² thinks that the very notion of hope is silly and will have no part of it. Unlike most boss themes, this doesn’t have that few-second jumble of hopeful notes to help you remember that everything will be okay and that you will succeed. Even when it was drowned out in last week’s music, it was still there. But now it’s gone.
